What independence means here
- We don't accept payment to include a study.
- No pharmaceutical, compounding, or device sponsor reviews a kit before publication.
- Partner licensing doesn't buy editorial control. If an arrangement required dropping a concession or omitting counter-evidence, we'd decline it.
- Kits include sources that argue against the position we take. That's a requirement of the build, not a gesture.
What we're not neutral about
We think a great deal of menopause care has been shaped by a reading of one trial that the trial's own investigators and, more recently, the FDA have publicly qualified. Our analyses reflect that view, and they're marked so you can tell where the evidence ends and our argument begins.
If you disagree with the argument, the findings are still there, still cited, still usable. That's the point of separating them.
