Questions

The things people ask before they buy.

Can I publish a kit under my own name?

Yes, that's the intent. Kits arrive with marked blocks for your own clinical insight, and a one-practice license lets you customize everything under your own branding. Don't resell or redistribute outside your practice.

Do the kits include the actual research papers?

No. Journal articles are copyrighted, and free-to-read is not free-to-redistribute — that applies to abstracts too. Every kit links to the free full text and contains original prose describing the findings. Where a source is paywalled, the kit says so rather than presenting a summary as though you could check it.

What happens when the research changes?

Each kit reflects the published literature at the time it was written, and every kit links to its source so you can check it. Research moves; we don't monitor past kits for new evidence, so check the source before republishing an older kit.

Are the kits AI generated?

Some components — social post variants in particular — are drafted with AI assistance from an approved list of findings, then automatically validated against the record. Anything that introduces a figure outside that list is rejected. Source selection, claim verification, the level markers, the concessions and the clinical positioning are human work. We'd rather say that plainly than imply a level of automation we don't have, or hide a level we do.

Do I have to agree with your interpretation?

No. Our analyses are clearly marked as ours and reasonable clinicians disagree with some of them. The markers exist so you can tell which parts are findings and which are argument — including when the argument is ours. Take the findings and write your own conclusion; the kit is built for exactly that.

Is this legal or regulatory advice?

No. The markers reflect editorial judgment about evidentiary strength, not a determination of what any particular board or advertising authority will accept in your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for what you publish.

What if I find an error?

Tell us, and we'll review it. Every claim in every kit is traceable to a source specifically so errors are findable rather than buried.

When do new kits come out?

Three new kits are released on the first Tuesday of every month (not the 1st). One is the featured kit, included with every subscription. The other two can be added for $97 for both, or you can subscribe to all three every month for $179.

What do I get when I subscribe?

The featured kit every month from the month you join, with every asset and your practice customization. Kits released before you joined are available singly ($97), in collections of six ($497), or as the complete library.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Any time. Kits you've already received remain yours, and anything you wrote into your kits is exportable.

Will prices change?

Current prices are introductory and may increase. If a subscription price changes, active subscribers are told in advance.
