Empirica Logic is a service of Platinum Media Solutions, which is responsible for the information described here.
No patient information of any kind. Kits are marketing and education materials. Never enter patient identifiers, clinical records, or any protected health information into the portal. We are not a covered entity or business associate and the portal is not a HIPAA-compliant channel.
The clinical insight you write into the portal is your work product. We store it so your assets regenerate with it, we back it up, and you can export it at any time. We do not publish it, sell it, or share it.
We share data with service providers who run payments, email delivery and hosting on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. If your access comes through a partner organization, we confirm your eligibility with them — nothing more.
We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as required afterwards. Ask us to delete your account and we will, subject to records we must retain.
